Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has advised the club\u2019s owner, Roman Abramovich, not to sell Trevoh Chalobah at \u2018any cost,\u2019 Goal reports.<\/p>\n

Chalobah came through Chelsea\u2019s academy<\/a> but is yet to make a first-team appearance for the club so far.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old has spent the last three seasons on loan at Ipswich Town, Huddersfield and Lorient, respectively.<\/p>\n

Chalobah reported back to pre-season training with Chelsea this summer. However, Tuchel has been so impressed with the defensive midfielder that he has told the club not to keep him beyond this summer.<\/p>\n

The report added that Tuchel also told Chelsea\u2019s chiefs that he will consider using Chalobah as part of his first-team plans next year.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Chalobah had drawn the interest of LaLiga side, Valencia, in the past.<\/p>\n

During Chelsea\u2019s pre-season campaign this summer. Tuchel used Chalobah as a defender, even though he is also capable of playing as a defensive midfield.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know him [Chalobah] from Lorient and Chalo has done very well in pre-season,\u201d Tuchel said following Chelsea\u2019s pre-season draw with Tottenham last week.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s done very well in both games and within his potential and limits. That was nice to see. He played a good match, I agree.\u201d<\/p>\n
